President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited young patients at a children’s hospital in the Kyiv region, where he engaged with students from the School of Superheroes. The school, initiated by First Lady Olena Zelenska, provides education to children undergoing treatment and those displaced by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. During his visit on July 28, 2025, President Zelenskyy listened to the children’s aspirations and admired their artistic contributions, which they send to Ukrainian soldiers on the frontline. He expressed gratitude for their support, emphasizing the collective desire for peace in Ukraine. “We all want to bring peace closer for Ukraine and Ukrainians. We want the war to end,” he stated. The School of Superheroes, established in May 2023, has enrolled over 1,900 children. It offers a unique educational environment with play areas, multimedia setups, and personalized tablets, ensuring that children receiving long-term medical care can continue their education. In addition to meeting the students, President Zelenskyy toured the hospital’s diagnostic and rehabilitation facilities, which include X-ray, ultrasound, CT rooms, and a sensory room. These facilities underscore the hospital’s commitment to comprehensive care for children affected by the conflict.
