Ukraine Supports Kids’ Homecoming

In a heartfelt initiative led by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the Bring Kids Back UA program continues to make strides in reintegrating children returned from temporarily occupied territories. A recent creative meeting, held on July 5, 2025, brought together these children with key figures such as Dariia Zarivna, Chief Operating Officer of Bring Kids Back UA, and Ukrainian singer Jerry Heil.

The gathering aimed to facilitate the children’s psychological recovery and reintegration by allowing them to share their experiences and aspirations. “Each of you is incredibly strong,” Zarivna told the children, emphasizing their resilience and the nation’s commitment to their well-being. Jerry Heil, serving as an ambassador for the initiative, highlighted the importance of supporting children who have faced deportation or displacement.

The Bring Kids Back UA initiative not only focuses on the physical return of these children but also prioritizes their emotional and psychological support. By creating safe environments and offering opportunities for self-discovery, Ukraine seeks to assure these young individuals that they are not alone and that the country stands ready to help them achieve their dreams.
