Police Seek Witnesses in Annerley Crash

Queensland Police are urgently appealing for public assistance following a serious hit-and-run incident in Annerley late on June 27. At approximately 11:14 PM, a 29-year-old man was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle on Ipswich Road, near Clive Street. The vehicle, described as a silver “older style” Nissan sedan, failed to stop at the scene.

Emergency services arrived shortly after the incident, and the injured pedestrian was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital in critical condition. The Queensland Police Service’s Forensic Crash Unit is actively investigating the case and is urging the driver or anyone with information to come forward.
