President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy paid tribute to the victims of a recent Russian attack on a residential building in Kyiv’s Solomianskyi district. The solemn commemoration highlighted the ongoing conflict’s impact on civilians and the Ukrainian government’s resilience in the face of aggression.

During the same day, Zelenskyy engaged in discussions with European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde. The talks focused on the $50 billion loan Ukraine received as part of the G7’s Extraordinary Revenue Acceleration initiative. Both leaders explored the potential use of frozen Russian assets to further support Ukraine’s financial needs.

In Vienna, the first high-level training program on diplomacy, protocol, and geopolitics was conducted for spouses of world leaders. Organized by the Global Platform of the Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen, the initiative was spearheaded by the First Ladies of Ukraine and Austria, aiming to enhance diplomatic engagement through soft power.

President Zelenskyy also reaffirmed his stance on increasing sanctions against Russia. Addressing global partners, he emphasized the need for heightened cooperation, particularly in technology, to counter Russian aggression effectively. These discussions are set to continue within the Coalition of the Willing in Europe.
