In a dramatic pursuit, Queensland Police have apprehended three teenagers following a crash involving a stolen vehicle in New Farm. The incident unfolded yesterday morning when a silver Ford Fairlane, reportedly stolen earlier from a Nudgee property, collided with multiple parked cars near Bowen Terrace and Moray Street.

According to police reports, the vehicle’s occupants, two teenage girls and a teenage boy, fled the scene on foot. An off-duty officer managed to apprehend the two girls on Barker Street shortly thereafter. The third suspect was later located on Bowman Lane and taken into custody.

The 17-year-old male suspect faces multiple charges, including unlawful use of a motor vehicle, dangerous operation, receiving tainted property, and breaching bail conditions. Meanwhile, a 14-year-old girl has been charged with stealing, unlawful vehicle use, and breaching bail. They are scheduled to appear in Brisbane Children’s Court on June 16. A 16-year-old girl received a notice to appear in the same court on June 27.
