In the early hours of June 13, a 34-year-old man riding an e-scooter was involved in a serious traffic accident on Dalrymple Road, Mount Louisa. The incident occurred around 4:20 am, when the individual lost control of the scooter and crashed. Emergency services found him unresponsive and transported him to Townsville University Hospital, where he is being treated for serious head injuries.
