Deputy Head of the Office of the President, Ihor Brusylо, recently conducted a virtual meeting with the heads of Ukraine’s diplomatic missions in G7 countries and Ukraine’s representative to the European Union. The meeting, which also included Deputy Foreign Minister Mariana Betsa, focused on preparations for President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s participation in the upcoming G7 Summit scheduled to take place in Canada from June 15 to 17. During the online gathering, Brusylо outlined Ukraine’s stance on its involvement in the Summit and discussed strategic approaches to engaging with G7 member states. The participants also deliberated on an action plan aimed at effectively promoting Ukraine’s interests within the G7 and the EU countries. Brusylо underscored the significance of the G7 Summit as a crucial platform to advocate for Ukraine’s interests at the highest level, emphasizing the need for diplomatic efforts to yield concrete results.
