Over the weekend, Queensland Police charged three individuals with various property crime offenses in Mount Isa. A 30-year-old man was charged with multiple offenses including enter premises with intent and unlawful use of a motor vehicle related to incidents at Breakaway Drive and Lloyd Close in Breakaway on May 23. He is currently in custody and scheduled to appear in Mount Isa Magistrates Court on June 16. Additionally, a teenage girl and boy were charged with property offenses stemming from an alleged incident at Campbell Street, Winston on May 25. The 14-year-old girl faces charges of enter dwelling and commit, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, dangerous operation of a vehicle, driving without a license, and more. She is remanded in custody for a future appearance in Mount Isa Children’s Court. The 14-year-old boy faces similar charges and is also remanded in custody for a court appearance. Furthermore, a 56-year-old woman was charged with multiple domestic violence offenses, including wilful damage, common assault, and assault occasioning bodily harm, with the incidents alleged to have occurred on May 24. She is currently in custody and is set to re-appear in Mount Isa Magistrates Court on July 16.
