President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, recently engaged in a phone call with President of North Macedonia, Gordana Siljanovska Davkova, to discuss joint diplomatic efforts towards peace. During the conversation, Zelenskyy updated Davkova on Ukraine’s ongoing diplomatic initiatives with its partners to achieve peace expeditiously. The two leaders also deliberated on the coordination of actions necessary for North Macedonia’s journey towards European Union (EU) membership. Zelenskyy highlighted the upcoming Ukraine – Southeast Europe Summit and emphasized the significance of North Macedonia’s participation in the event.
