President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy recently met with President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović to discuss various crucial issues. During the meeting, Zelenskyy expressed gratitude for Montenegro’s support in Ukraine’s fight against Russian aggression. The leaders focused on efforts to bring the conflict to a just conclusion, including dialogue with the US and direct negotiations with Russia. They also emphasized the need to increase pressure on Russia to achieve peace. Discussions also involved prospects for cooperation between the two countries in different sectors, with a particular emphasis on European integration. Both presidents agreed to continue exchanging experiences and coordinating events involving leaders of Southeast European countries.
