Queensland Police have charged a 35-year-old man from Hay Point in connection to a fatal traffic crash that occurred on January 7 in Alligator Creek. The crash resulted in the death of a 58-year-old man from Ooralea. The accused was observed driving a black Holden Utility on Hay Point Road in a dangerous manner before colliding with a silver Kia sedan traveling in the opposite direction.
