Queensland Police have apprehended two individuals after an armed robbery incident in Underwood on May 6. According to reports, the suspects, a man and a woman, allegedly attempted to steal items from a Compton Road business and brandished a knife during a confrontation with a security guard before fleeing in a white Toyota Camry. Later, a collision involving the Camry and another vehicle led to the suspects’ arrest in Labrador.

The 26-year-old man and 24-year-old woman were taken into custody at Whiting Street, Labrador. The stolen Toyota was traced back to an address in Doolandella. The woman faces charges including armed robbery, theft, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and drug driving, while the man has been charged with armed robbery. Both are currently in custody awaiting a court appearance on May 13.
