Police Seek Leads in Lota Robbery

In the early hours of June 18, a 36-year-old man was threatened and robbed outside a fitness center in Lota, Queensland. The incident occurred shortly before 4 a.m. when the victim was confronted by a male assailant on Railway Terrace. The offender demanded the man’s car keys and subsequently stole a grey 2017 Volkswagen Polo, bearing the Queensland registration ZZD750.

The Queensland Police Service (QPS) has released images and is appealing for public assistance to identify the suspect, described as a Caucasian male last seen wearing a black hoodie. The stolen vehicle was last sighted at 9:15 a.m. on Wondall Road, Wynnum, with its registration plates removed.
