Hyundai Motorsport Customer Racing driver Mikel Azcona secured a home victory double at Inje Speedium, strengthening his position in the Kumho FIA TCR World Tour standings after the fifth round of the season in South Korea. Azcona and BRC Hyundai N Squadra Corse teammate Norbert Michelisz delivered a strong weekend for Hyundai-powered teams. Michelisz claimed two podium finishes, while Azcona led Michelisz in a Hyundai-powered qualifying one-two before converting the results into two victories. The double win moved Azcona back into the lead of the Drivers’ standings. Michelisz also climbed to second after his consistent podium results at the South Korean circuit.
