The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Warning for West Central Barton County in central Kansas until 4:45 PM CDT. A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 6 miles northeast of Ash Valley, moving northeast at 30 mph. Residents are urged to take cover immediately in a safe location.
