Cairns Criminal Investigation Branch detectives and Edmonton Police have arrested and charged a 22-year-old man in Woree, following a search warrant executed at a unit on Sandown Close on May 22. The authorities seized a significant amount of packaged cannabis, over $71,000 in cash, multiple electronic devices, drug-related items, and cannabis seeds. The Mooroobool man is facing charges that include trafficking in dangerous drugs, supplying dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs exceeding schedule 3, and various property-related offenses.
