Hyundai Motor Group outlined its vision for greater collaboration and innovation during a company-wide town hall marking the reopening of its redesigned headquarters lobby in Yangjae, Seoul, on May 14, 2026.

Executive Chair Euisun Chung and Vice Chair Jaehoon Chang joined employees for the event. Chung said strengthening connections and encouraging the exchange of ideas across teams would remain a strategic priority for the group.

He also urged employees to embrace change as a driver of innovation, saying that effective ideas often emerge through conversations among people working in different areas of the organization.

The renovated lobby is designed as an interactive forum centered on employees. Hyundai said the space incorporates robotics and physical artificial intelligence into the everyday workplace as part of its broader effort to promote collaboration and new ways of working.
