A 63-year-old Condon man has been charged with manslaughter following the death of a 45-year-old man at Rasmussen, Townsville, on August 18. Queensland Police said officers were called to a house on Maria Street at about 3:25 p.m. after reports that a man was unresponsive. Police commenced CPR after arriving, but the man was later declared deceased. The accused is expected to appear in Townsville Magistrates Court on August 20.
