Zelenskyy Warns of Russia’s Fall Plans

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Kyiv has intelligence on Russia’s plans for the fall and called for increased international pressure to push Moscow toward ending its aggression.

In an address published July 25, Zelenskyy said peace must become the dominant objective rather than preparations for another Russian mobilization. He did not provide further details about the intelligence reports in the statement.

The president also said Ukraine’s long-range operations and mid-range strikes were contributing to efforts to pressure Russia. His comments came as Kyiv continues urging international partners to strengthen support and diplomatic pressure against Moscow.
