Police in Queensland are urgently seeking witnesses following a significant traffic collision in Murrumba Downs last Saturday, March 21, 2026. The incident involved a grey Mitsubishi Triton and a blue Hyundai Kona at the intersection of Goodrich Road, Castle Hill Drive, and Dohles Rock Road around 5 PM.

The collision led to both drivers being hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The involved parties were identified as a 43-year-old man from Bald Hills driving the Triton, and a 30-year-old woman from Lilywood piloting the Hyundai. Both were taken to Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital for treatment.

Authorities noted that a red Toyota Celica was also seen near the scene before the crash occurred. As part of their ongoing investigation, police are calling on the public to provide any CCTV or dashcam footage from the area around the time of the accident.
