Police in North Brisbane are urgently calling for witnesses after a series of dangerous driving incidents early this morning, involving a silver Holden Rodeo utility vehicle. The spree occurred across multiple suburbs including Chermside, Windsor, Lutwyche, Kedron, Brisbane City, Chermside West, and Bald Hills between 4:50 AM and 6:30 AM. According to initial reports, the vehicle was involved in multiple collisions and incidents of property theft. No injuries have been reported so far. The vehicle was found abandoned around 5:35 AM on the Gateway Motorway near the Wyampa Road overpass in Bald Hills. Shortly thereafter, a 30-year-old man from Mooloolaba was detained nearby in bushland, and a 38-year-old Mooloolaba man has also been taken into custody in connection with these events. Queensland Police Service is appealing to anyone who may have been affected by or witnessed these incidents to come forward.
