Police are currently investigating a fatal traffic collision that occurred in Clayfield, involving a silver Honda Jazz and a white Ford Ranger at the intersection of Adelaide Street and Sandgate Road on the morning of February 13, 2026. The crash resulted in the death of a 34-year-old woman from Windsor, who was a passenger in the Honda. She was declared deceased at the scene. The drivers of both vehicles, a 32-year-old Windsor woman driving the Honda and a 32-year-old Fitzgibbon man driving the Ford, sustained minor injuries and were subsequently taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital for treatment.
