According to the police report, the authorities were alerted around 4:33 PM to a man brandishing what seemed to be a firearm at the intersection of George Street and Main Street. Police intervention was swift, with officers arriving on the scene at approximately 4:36 PM and apprehending the suspect by 4:38 PM. The individual, identified as a resident of Mount Warren Park, has been charged with dangerous conduct with a weapon and obstructing police. He was scheduled for a court appearance at the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on November 6.
