In a significant development, Queensland Police have charged a 29-year-old man in connection to an armed robbery that took place in Mango Hill last month. The suspect was apprehended following an extensive investigation into the incident that occurred on August 16.

Police reports indicate that around 4:15 PM on the day of the robbery, the suspect entered a business premises on Halpine Drive. Allegedly armed with a firearm, he demanded cash from an employee before fleeing the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Following his arrest, the suspect from Upper Caboolture has been charged with one count of armed robbery. He has been denied bail and will appear before the Redcliffe Magistrates Court on September 11.
