Samsung Electronics has announced the expansion of its mobile cloud gaming platform into Europe, marking a significant step in the gaming industry. The rollout begins in the United Kingdom and Germany, offering Galaxy device users instant access to a wide array of mobile games without the hassle of downloads or installations. This expansion aims to provide gamers with a seamless experience and unlock new opportunities for Samsung’s partners. The expansion follows the platform’s successful commercialization in North America, where it became a popular channel for game distribution among Galaxy users. Seline Sangsook Han, EVP of Service Business Team, Mobile eXperience (MX) Business at Samsung Electronics, emphasized that the cloud-first features facilitate immediate game access and enhance audience engagement, thereby expanding the gaming platform’s reach. Samsung’s Mobile Gaming Hub is undergoing a redesign to serve as a central gaming destination on Galaxy devices. The revamped hub, set to launch later this year, promises enhanced discovery tools and a more connected and social gaming experience. This initiative is part of Samsung’s broader strategy to enhance user engagement and drive growth for its partners. In collaboration with Moloco, an AI performance advertising company, Samsung is enhancing its advertising capabilities to deliver better results for mobile game advertisers. This partnership has already demonstrated significant improvements in return on ad spend and user engagement. SpinX Games, for instance, reported a 100% increase in 30-day ROAS through campaigns on Samsung’s platform. Additionally, Samsung has introduced an 80/20 revenue share model for games on the Galaxy Store, encouraging developers and publishers to join its growing ecosystem. This model aims to provide financial incentives and support the efficient growth of businesses within Samsung’s platform. Post navigation Samsung Unveils Galaxy Buds3 FE
