A fatal single-vehicle accident occurred in Burbank, Queensland, on August 5, claiming the life of a 49-year-old Annerley man. The incident took place around 2:25 pm on Mount Cotton Road, when a blue Toyota Echo, traveling westbound, rolled over multiple times.

Emergency services, including the police, responded promptly to the scene, but the driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead on site.
